I led custom rug projects in close collaboration with Gabriel, the CEO and Creative Director of Apparatus, shaping layout direction and refining designs to align with the broader spatial intent. I also helped establish our first custom rug process, guiding projects from initial pricing and client-facing renders through production.

As the rug orders expanded, I created documentation, guides, and workflow tools to support internal alignment and maintain consistency across projects, improving clarity, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the process.
