I led the product development of the Eva Collection, partnering closely with the design team to refine the integration of handcrafted ceramic tile and precision-crafted wood construction. We found a good balance between reserving the expressive nature of white clay and achieving the refined tolerances of the surrounding wood framework.

Through an iterative process, we explored construction details that balanced precise alignment with the natural variation of the ceramic. I also collaborated closely with our ceramic artisans to develop custom glazes, resulting in two monochromatic finishes with controlled color variation that celebrate the depth and individuality of each handcrafted tile.
